Ulanji has developed and continues to improve a suite of Internet applications we call the Ulanji n-jine. The n-jine is completely modular in design with modules allowing users to manage their content, create and maintain a catalog, develop e-mail lists, retrieve and store customer information and much more.
Each user (subscriber) has a secure administrative area (admin) from which to manage the desired applications. The admin can be accessed from any computer with an Internet connection, given the appropriate user name and password.
Version 1.0 of the Ulanji n-jine went live in August of 2000 supporting such sites as Greenbax and a site for Charleston's Calhoun Mansion. Version 2.0 was launched in June 2001 and version 3.5 in January 2002.
With 3.6, the n-jine has achieved a level of functionality and user flexibility comparable to corporate portal products costing 10-100 times more to license and implement.
